If you're alive, and you've ever been in a relationship, you know that conflicts can occur when two people have the best of intentions. But still, sometimes expectations clash. We always know that we can either bring out the best in a partner, or the worst. In this book, Bronson has culled 100+ 'bridges' to reduce couples' conflict and promote the love that you always intended.
Covid came and Covid went, and many died until vaccines came along. Fast forward to the present where each year, primarily in the United States, nearly 100,000 people from every walk of life, lost that life as a result of an illicit drug, like fentanyl, heroin, meth, xylazine and many other street concoctions. They die unnecessarily, meaning we as a society are failing them. So I wrote this book, exclusively for addicts; a personal and powerfully supportive handbook to aid them out of the caverns of addiction. My aim is to see this eBook available in every library everywhere, so we join together, and can make a difference.
No matter what you think of your abilities, you are creative. How do I know? Because you were born from creation' You, me, all of us are here, by total chance; that one lucky swimmer that somehow made it to the ovum. And now I put everything I've learned about awakening the creative process in this modest book. So what is this thing you were supposedly born into? As someone who loves tracing the evolution of words, I traveled far back in time to understand this enigma that triggers the creative self. The net result is a compendium of everything I've learned about 'creating creativity'. So what are you waiting for. Read the book, and start creating!
This beautifully illustrated book aims to bring back the joy of intimacy. And oh, that feeling! Not the intimacy stuff, but that feeling of being with the right partner, the one that makes every love song about the two of you. The one that makes you feel gleeful inside. That's the goal of this book, because when we connect with that feeling, love blankets everything, and life is truly better. And that means that intimacy actually extends far beyond the bedroom. Intimacy is one of the greatest gifts we can give to another, and with that foundation of intimacy, the physical pleasures become an ongoing and ever-growing adventure. It starts here.
The kiss-a gesture so simple, yet so profound-has echoed through the ages, leaving its mark on human history, culture, and biology. But where did it all begin? Was it an evolutionary necessity, a cultural invention, or something more mystical? This exciting and enticing new book explores the great power of the kiss, and how this elementary rituals becomes the gateway to the finest elements of love.
Does this describe you? These days, we have more foods, more additives, and more temptations than ever before. And we have more people actually addicted to eating than all the other addictions combined. Why? Largely because food addiction is the true silent killer. And the worst part of it all is the way we rationalize it. After all, we eat to survive. And yes, there exist a growing host of miracle diet prescriptives that do indeed melt away the pounds, but as with many other therapies, the net effects don't always sustain, if the behaviors - the root causes, are not addressed. Here is an information-packed book that addresses the key element that contributes to overeating: Our thoughts. And in helping to address those thoughts, weight management becomes far more sustainable.

So many biographies start off with 'I remember as a small child...etc'. But what if subconscious memory goes much further back, perhaps even into the womb. This book is a very intimate, and personal exploration of when consciousness actually begins. It also reveals my own personal in-utero trauma, and how that may have impacted my entire life. My mother came down with severe polio while 4 months pregnant with me. She was 'ordered to have an abortion.' You'll have to read the book to see how she fought back against extreme medical authority. Abortion is still such a controversial topic..when does life begin...what life is more important, the mother or the unborn? All I can really say about it is that I was supposed to be aborted due to my mother's polio at the time of her pregnancy. And I for one, am glad I'm here!
Loneliness. With so many ways to connect in the seemingly wildly spinning world, with all the technology, and with Billions of engagement possibilities out there, why are so many people feeling so alone within themselves. In the morass of social media, we have often lost the ability to be social - to smile, to engage in a conversation with a stranger. To feel connected. Author Howard Bronson has observed and researched this extensively, and presents in this book extensive support for those he sometimes has seen as 'wandering penguins.' This book will help you mix with th real world, and in doing so, the ache of loneliness will begin to fade.

I maintain that you are designed for joy. I mean, just look at all the things you can do that can bring a smile to your face. I often have one key argument with a glum or depressed patients or clients: I argue for their optimism. It's a shock for many to hear that, as so many of us have been stuck in routines that sustain us, while we miss the happiness mark. So if you wake up every morning, or let's get real - most mornings and face the world with a blend of courage and vulnerability, and who choose as their core aim for the present day, to find something to be happy about...not that this means ignoring hardship or travails, but to remember their central aim is happiness. If that's how you wake up, then you don't need this book. For the rest of you out there wondering where and how that joy has leaked out of your life, read on, because here we're going to explore what that path to happiness means, that path you should be strolling - and when and how you fell off that path. So what is this thing called happiness, and where does it come from? It didn't always exist. Oh, we had hedonism, pleasure, moments of laughter, often sadistically based. And we have addiction, in so many realms. I've written extensively how certain addictions, either overtly conscious like drugs, but there are other subversive addictions like food, sugar, etc. So where is the sense of joy. It's for the individuals who, despite the relentless pressure to conform to an idealized, often unrealistic vision of happiness, choose instead to forge their own path toward a more authentic and fulfilling existence.
We are failing to end racism because we treat it as a moral debate rather than a systemic crisis. We focus on individual guilt instead of dismantling the entrenched machinery of power and economics that fuels it. We've been thrown overboard into a sea of ignorance because it's profitable; division is a tool that keeps the powerful in place. We applaud diversity workshops while ignoring redlined districts and inequitable funding. We champion "colorblindness," a naive concept that merely blinds us to injustice. The wisdom exists, but it is systematically drowned out by the comfortable hum of the status quo. This ends now. To eradicate racism, we must move beyond sentiment and into action. We must be radical-targeting the root. This requires an unflinching audit of our institutions-from justice and education to housing and healthcare-and a committed overhaul of their foundational biases. It demands reparative economics to address generational theft and a cultural shift from passive allyship to active co-conspiratorship. This book is not an invitation to conversation; it is a call to arms. It provides the blueprint for the final, necessary offensive against the architecture of racism, demanding we build a truly equitable world, once and for all. Read the book, and let's get real, together!
If you are reading this, something in you - no matter how faint - still wants to stay. That tiny impulse is not weakness; it is life itself asking for one more chance. This book exists to strengthen that impulse until it becomes the foundation on which you rebuild. I have sat (and often, walked) with people in their darkest hours - people certain there was no path forward - and I have watched them walk again in the sunlight. What changed was not the world around them, but the way they met it. Healing is not an explosion of joy; it is a series of small, stubborn decisions to remain present until the light returns.

This is one of the more controversial books from the Bronson Collection, as it draws upon the deeper significance of the 1969 Woodstock festival, and from those principals, extrapolates an imaginative scenario that Bronson maintains, could produce a new order of peace, freedom, tolerance and equality, and most importantly, greater fairness to the hundreds of millions who don't know if they will survive through the day. Bronson's clearly laid-out plan is imbued with a common sense approach to propagate greater peace throughout the world. It is possible, and this book is certainly a worthy read. Hey, we've tried everything else; why not ask a Hippie?
