La création, c'est bien elle le vrai moteur de la culture. Pourtant, mystérieuse et inquiétante, on ne lui attribue pas la place qu'elle mérite dans la politique culturelle que François Aubral propose de recentrer sur les nécessités de la création. Éducation (de l'école maternelle à la faculté), animation, politique et vie culturelle : tout doit être alors repensé en fonction des impératifs de cette création.
