Adult Children of Emotionally Immature Parents
We become parents when we have children. But symbolically psychologically, to become parents, it is important for us not only to be able to make decisions, to be responsible for a new life, but also to be a support for their children: physical, legal, financial, domestic, psychological, and awareness of this fact determines their emotional maturity.
Parents' emotional immaturity is quite common: parents respond well to the physical and material needs of their children, but at the same time they completely ignore their emotional needs.
