Daar ontmoet Tilly veel nieuwe meisjes en leert ze hoe je een goede vriendin kunt zijn. Henriette Blaauw (1875-1949) was een Nederlandse kinderboekenschrijfster. Blaauw schreef meer dan 30 verschillende kinderboeken, zoals sprookjes, verhalen, liedjes en prentenboeken. De schoonvader van Blaauw vertelde haar dat ze leuke Sinterklaasversjes kon schrijven en daarna begon zij aan haar carrière.
