Art history of new genre
Does art have a gender? For a long time there was a masculine gender. But today, we know that it wasn't just one man, the brilliant "cave painter", who created the decorations in prehistoric caves, but groups of people, most of them women. We know that a so-called "grand master" was never more than a studio owner, and that wives and pupils were in reality real artists, masked by the hypocrisy of their times. The Renaissance and all other eras abounded in extraordinary pictoresses! The time has come to dispel many preconceived ideas about art history.
