A book about not dying at 17. Seriously? Understand Rimbaud? Like May lights? Like revolution? Yes. Because we had to understand. The Rimbauds who attack the republican order of the day and win it over to the race of real life. This books attempts to contextualize Rimbaud's poetic creation as a young, revolutionary poet, to extricate him from the commentaries that for at least a hundred years have made him out to be either a mystic or an outsider.
