Harvest Moon Howl
Sixty-four guests. One perfect Thanksgiving. And a fake boyfriend who has to leave before the moon comes up.
Marisol Vega has one shot. The Garrow family of Merrow Falls, Vermont, has hired her to cater their 150th Thanksgiving: sixty-four guests, four courses, everything local, and dinner over by six o'clock sharp. If she pulls it off, her tiny catering business is made.
Then her ex walks in. Julian Price is the celebrity chef who put five years of her recipes on his menu under his own name, and he's a Garrow cousin's date for the holiday. In a moment of pure panic, Marisol introduces the enormous, quiet man peeling potatoes at the sink as her boyfriend.
Rhys Garrow plays along. He's the family's eldest grandson, a carpenter who lives alone in a cabin at the edge of the woods, and he can make a roux like a dream. He also has a secret the whole family has been politely managing for twenty-two years. This year, the full harvest moon rises on Thanksgiving night.
Harvest Moon Howl is a warm, funny, big-family holiday romance with:
o Fake dating and forced proximity in a very busy kitchen
o A fierce chef heroine and a gentle giant werewolf hero
o Meddling aunts, nosy kids, a formidable grandmother, and forty-eight pies
o A family learning to make room at the table
o A closed door and a guaranteed happily-ever-after
