In the quaint town of Wertheim, nestled amidst the rolling hills of Germany, resides a peculiar man named Count Karl von Hoheneck. Known throughout the region as "the Castle-Builder," he spends his days lost in a world of dreams, sketching elaborate plans for a magnificent castle that will forever immortalize his name.
But as the years pass and the castle remains unbuilt, the townsfolk begin to question the Count's sanity. Is he truly a visionary architect or merely a dreamer destined to live in the realm of fantasy? As the line between reality and imagination blurs, the Count's obsession with his castle threatens to consume him entirely.
